Helps you move to your own home. This service covers costs like security deposits, household items and set-up fees for utilities. You could use this service to move out of places like a licensed facility, foster home, group home, Alternative Family Living settings or even your family’s home.
A person who experiences a disability partners with an organization, family, friends and community resources to experience life in a way that results in:
